Judico's Fee Schedule

Judico Mediation offers a simple and transparent fee structure.

For most matters, I use a combination of hourly, half-day, and full-day pricing depending on the complexity of the dispute. If a file is better suited to hourly billing, I will say so. If a package makes more sense, I will recommend that instead.

Half Day Mediation

Used for Extra prep, extended sessions, or standalone services

For in-person mediations conducted 2+ Hours from Office, all reasonable travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the neutral will be charged at actual cost.

These expenses may include, but are not limited to, airfare, mileage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and parking where applicable.

All such costs will be shared equally between the parties, unless otherwise agreed.Where travel requires a significant time commitment, travel time may be billed at a reduced travel-day rate, as outlined in the engagement agreement.

To secure in-person bookings requiring travel, the parties may be required to provide an additional advance deposit to cover estimated travel expenses.
