My approach is practical and flexible. I am primarily problem solving focused, but I also bring a facilitative mindset that helps parties move from disagreement toward workable resolution. Depending on the dispute, I may use joint sessions, shuttle mediation, or a combination of both. Most mediations are conducted online, with in-person mediation available where appropriate.

Structured discussions using joint sessions, private caucus, or shuttle mediation. Sessions are held in person or online via Secure Zoom.

If an agreement is reached, terms are documented. If not, parties leave with clearer options and direction.

Why Mediation?

Mediation is often faster, less expensive, and less stressful than litigation or other formal processes. It also gives the parties more control over the outcome and can preserve working relationships where that matters.
